The customer file in eight steps, two PDFs at the end
An application that guides the opening of a customer account in eight steps, then sends two PDFs to the right teams on its own.

- Business applications
Context
Opening a customer account takes a complete file: identity, segmentation, commercial terms, credit, addresses, contacts, logistics. Several teams read it, depending on the entity.
The problem
Forms arrived incomplete. The back-and-forth happened by email. And each team retyped its own part.
What we built
An application in eight steps: identification, segmentation, commercial, credit, address, contact, logistics, approval. About one hundred and eighty fields in all.
- At identification, the company number is checked against the national company register.
- At the address step, the establishment number is checked for the delivery address and for the payer's.
- The file can be saved as a draft and picked up later. Documents can be attached to it.
- On submission, two PDFs are produced automatically: the customer information sheet and the logistics sheet. They go to the team of the entity concerned: three entities, each with its own recipients.
- From the home screen, the requester can reprint the two PDFs. They are sent only to the requester.
- A “Feedback” button: acknowledgment of receipt, then a closing email.
Result
In production since 26 August 2026. Go-live check: twenty-one actions, zero failures, both PDFs generated and the email sent.
The file goes out complete the first time, to the right teams.

- Hosting: inside your Microsoft 365. If an outside tool is useful, it is named and you decide.
- Accounts: a service account of your own for the automations.
- Permissions: inherited from your Microsoft 365 groups, nothing separate to maintain.
- Licenses: announced before we start, with the exact cost.
- Handover: documentation, user guide, quick reference; no proprietary code.
